About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.udhsri.in, the website of Udhsri Technologies, Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana ("Udhsri", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Information on this website

The website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract. Examples, timelines (such as 7 to 10 days for a school website) and features are typical, not guaranteed for every project. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

Projects and quotations

The scope, timeline, price, payment schedule and support for each project are agreed separately in a written quotation, proposal or agreement. If anything in that document differs from these terms, the document takes priority.

Your responsibilities as a client

For a project to stay on time, the client provides content, photos, logos, documents and approvals promptly. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, and that information you ask us to publish, such as CBSE disclosure documents, results, fees and staff details, is accurate. Delays in content or approvals extend the timeline.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final website content and designs made for them. We may keep reusable code, templates, tools and software (including SchoolHub ERP and our CRM software), which are licensed to you for use, not sold. Unless you ask us not to, we may show your website in our portfolio and mention you as a client.

Domains, hosting and third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateways and other third-party services are governed by the provider's own terms. Renewal fees must be paid on time; we are not responsible for a service lapsing because a renewal was not paid.

Support and updates

Website updates and support after launch are provided as agreed in your plan or quotation. Requests outside that scope may be charged separately, and we will tell you before starting.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to improve search rankings, enquiries and admissions for our clients, but rankings and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular position on Google, number of enquiries, admissions or sales.

Fair use of this website

Please do not misuse the website: no spam or fake enquiries, attempts to break into it, copying it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.

Content and designs

The text, designs, graphics, logos and code of this website belong to Udhsri Technologies or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client websites, names, logos and creatives shown in our portfolio and gallery belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including our clients' sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use or from it being unavailable. For client projects, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as hosting or internet outages, natural disasters or government action.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts at Panchkula, Haryana. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
