Who we are

This website, www.udhsri.in, is run by Udhsri Technologies, Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana, India ("Udhsri", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Details you give us. When you fill in a form, we collect what you enter: usually your name, mobile number, email, school or business name, your role, city, the service you are interested in and your message.

Details sent with the form. The page you sent it from, the page title, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) and the time you sent it. This tells us which page or advertisement brought you to us.

Usage data. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how visitors use the website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and record things like the pages you visit, your device, browser and approximate location. They do not give us your name or number.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as passwords, bank, card or health details through this website. Please do not send them in a form.

Why we use it

We use your details to:

• call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry, demo, audit, quotation or partnership request;
• provide the services you ask for and keep a record of our conversations with you;
• understand which pages and campaigns work, and improve the website.

We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Your consent

When you send a form, you agree that we may contact you by call, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb list, because you have asked us to. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us or replying "STOP" on WhatsApp. After that we will not contact you for marketing, although we may keep a record of the enquiry as described below.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries from this website are stored in our own customer management system (CRM) at crm.udhsri.in, which only our team can access with individual logins. If our CRM cannot be reached, the form offers to send your details to us on WhatsApp instead; messages you send on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics and advertising platforms, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a government authority with a valid legal request.

How we protect it

The website and our CRM use HTTPS encryption. Access to the CRM is limited to our team members, each with their own login, and to the data their role needs. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable security practices to protect your data, and we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are in touch with you and for up to three years after our last contact, so we have a record of our business. After that we delete them or make them anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics tools, usually 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, or stop contacting you;
• name a person who can exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them only for analytics and advertising measurement, not to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

Children

This website is meant for school management, parents and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please tell us and we will delete them.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Important changes will also be highlighted on this page.
