Refund Policy

Custom work
Websites, software, design and marketing are services made to order for each client. The refund and cancellation terms for each project are set out in its quotation or agreement, and those terms take priority over this page.
Before work starts
If you cancel in writing before we start work on your project, any advance you have paid is refunded in full, less any third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf (such as a domain or hosting).
After work starts
Once work has started, payments for work already completed are not refundable. If a project is stopped part-way, we agree a fair settlement based on the work done up to that point, and you receive the work completed so far once it is paid for.
Free previews, demos and audits
Free homepage previews, demos and website audits are free of charge and need no payment, so no refund applies.
Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, SMS or WhatsApp credits, paid tools, stock images, and advertising budgets paid to Google or Meta cannot be refunded once purchased, because they are paid to other companies.
Subscriptions and plans
Monthly or yearly services, such as SchoolHub ERP, CRM software, website maintenance and digital marketing, can be cancelled for the next period with written notice before the renewal date. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.
If something goes wrong
If a payment was made twice or by mistake, or we are unable to deliver what was agreed, tell us and we will refund the amount concerned.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@udhsri.in with your name, project and payment details. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
